This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and your rights under the PDPA. By submitting your information to us or using this website, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.

We collect only what is reasonably necessary for the purposes described below. We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as NRIC numbers, health information, or financial account details) through this website.

3. Purposes of Collection, Use and Disclosure

We collect, use, and disclose personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To respond to your enquiry or request for information;
  2. To assess suitability for business partnerships, collaborations, or investment discussions;
  3. To provide AI consulting, transformation, or advisory services that you have engaged us for;

  5. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and government directives, including requests from public authorities;
  6. To protect the security and integrity of our website and systems; and
  7. For any other purpose to which you have specifically consented.

We will not use your personal data for a purpose materially different from those stated above without first notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent.

4. Consent

By submitting your personal data to us (for example, through our contact form), you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of that data for the purposes set out in Section 3.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9). Withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to provide certain services. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any use or disclosure made before the withdrawal.

Where the PDPA permits collection, use, or disclosure without consent — for example, for business improvement, research, or legal compliance purposes — we may rely on those statutory exceptions.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may disclose your personal data to:

  1. Subsidiary and affiliated companies within the Freemansland group, for the purposes described in Section 3;

  4. Potential business partners or investors, only to the extent necessary and with your knowledge, and where required under the PDPA, your consent; and
  5. Government bodies, regulatory authorities, or law enforcement agencies, where disclosure is required or authorised by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Protection of Personal Data

We maintain reasonable physical, technical, and organisational security arrangements to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel who require it for the purposes described in this policy.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, we will fulfil our obligations under the PDPA's Mandatory Data Breach Notification framework, including notifying the Personal Data Protection Commission ("PDPC") and affected individuals within the prescribed timeframes.

7. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law or regulation. When personal data is no longer needed for any business or legal purpose, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it.

As a general guide, enquiry data is retained for up to three (3) years from last contact, unless an ongoing business relationship exists or a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Transfer of Personal Data Overseas

This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by third-party providers (including Vercel, Inc., based in the United States). Personal data submitted through this website may therefore be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside Singapore.

When personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps — including contractual arrangements with service providers — to ensure that recipients provide a standard of data protection comparable to that afforded under the PDPA.

9. Your Rights — Access, Correction and Withdrawal of Consent

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access — request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the 12 months preceding your request;
  • Correction — request that we correct any inaccuracy in your personal data as soon as practicable; and
  • Withdrawal of Consent — withdraw any consent you have given, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

We may decline requests in circumstances permitted by the PDPA, such as where fulfilment would harm the privacy of another individual or where an exception applies.

10. Do Not Call (DNC) Registry

  1. you have given us clear and unambiguous consent to receive such messages from us; or
  2. another applicable exception under the PDPA applies.
